Each knowledge category gets a unique email address in the format:

When someone sends an email to this address:

  1. ATG receives the email and extracts all attachments
  2. Files are automatically processed — text and images are extracted
  3. Documents are added to the designated knowledge category
  4. Sender gets confirmation — an automatic reply confirms successful processing

No manual intervention required — just send and forget.
